The MDS Partner Program pays on real package sales — direct and team commissions, rank bonuses and a shared pool. Balances are held in USD, shown with the rule that produced them, and claimed as MDS through the Midas exchange.

Read those percentages as amounts in USD, not as quantities of MDS. The 140% is a USD figure that is paid in MDS at the price on the day you claim — so how many tokens you end up holding is not known today and moves with the price, which can fall as well as rise. The 60% never becomes cash at all. No USD is paid out by this programme.

A different offer entirely: you lock an amount for a fixed term and earn a rate on it. Interest accrues daily and is paid, with your principal, at the end of the term.
You cannot withdraw or claim it early. Credit cannot be used to buy one, and a lock-up does not count toward your active status.
Principal and interest are both paid in MDS, converted at the price on the day you claim.
The rate is fixed; the value of what you are paid is not, because it arrives as MDS rather than USD.

Limited-allocation rates are capped across the whole programme. Once the allocation is taken, the ongoing rate applies instead.
